Home masks against wrinkles
1. Avocado mask
The avocado is very nutritious, make a mask with the pulp of half avocado and to make it creamy add a little lemon juice and a spoonful of cream or egg white mounted to the point of snow.
2. Mask of olive oil
Take advantage of the nutritional power of olive oil by mixing two tablespoons of oil, an egg and 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel.
3. Cucumber mask
Blend a cucumber with a blender, stems of fresh aloe vera and to add consistency add natural yogurt or olive oil.
4. Mask of parsley
Mix some crushed parsley leaves and lemon juice.
5. Honey mask
We propose you three versions:
- Honey and egg mask: mix the egg white, a spoonful of honey and a little lemon juice.
- Mask of honey and yogurt: mix a spoonful of honey, two of natural yogurt and half of lemon.
- Mask of honey and apple: mix a spoonful of honey and the pulp of an apple.
6. Mask of potato
Mash with a cooked potato and mix the pasta with grated raw potato. To soften the mixture add chamomile infusion.
7. Carrot mask
Peel two carrots, add a little lemon juice and plain yogurt.
8. Pineapple Homemade mask
Mix the juice of 50 grams of liquefied pineapple and add soy flour until it is a creamy texture.
9. Papaya Homemade mask
Mix two tablespoons of papaya pulp with a tablespoon of oatmeal.
10. Mask of almonds
You can make a mask with almonds (1/4 cup) and peeled sunflower seeds (1/2 cup) ground, oatmeal (1/2 cup) and a few drops of almond or olive oil. Another version is to make a mask with milk adding a few drops of almond oil and soaking breadcrumb for consistency.
